Situated atop Johannesburg’s Melrose Arch precinct, this 832m² penthouse epitomises an opulent and exclusive lifestyle. Mode Design Studio realised a complete, interior architectural solution which included dramatic alterations in the form of staircase reconstruction and finishes specifications. The design team went on to custom design and oversee the manufacturing of the majority of furniture pieces with a signature chandelier being the highlight of the apartment. Collaboration with a local gallery owner resulted in unique and exciting wall-scapes to complete the penthouse’s overall look and feel.
