Based in the Mall of the South in Johannesburg, this bespoke store was inspired by a boutique hotel experience; the Lara Travel agency redefines the way in which exotic travel bookings are made. Divided into two primary spaces, the store invites clients to wait in a contemporary yet eclectic lounge environment, flanked by curved timber fins which screen views into the consultation area. Long, curved, consulting desks run the length of the inner portion of the shop where clients face images full-height views into foreign cities.
