Mode Design Studio has the expertise to carry out a property analysis report that clearly outlines the relevant town planning information for a particular stand as well as confirm whether or not approved plans, that reflect the property’s current built state, are available and on record. Should plans need to be updated or a full set of as-built drawings produced, Mode Design Studio is able to physically measure and document an existing building with minimal disturbance to occupants and facilitate in the preparation of documentation required for local authority approval if
